Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Two Anointed Hands. We ship orders within the United States only.

Processing Times

  • Standard orders: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • Personalized or custom-made items: These are made to order and require additional processing time of 3–5 business days (in addition to the standard processing time above).

Estimated Delivery

  • Standard delivery (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays that are outside of our control (weather, high-volume periods, etc.).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are based on your delivery address and the weight/size of the items in your cart. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier picks up your package.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Undeliverable / Refused Packages

Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or refused may be subject to additional reshipping fees. We will contact you via email with next steps if this occurs.

Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup; all orders are shipped.
